Bio
Mike has been doing CrossFit since 2014 at the age of 50. Has been a coach since 2018. He is a retired U.S. Marine and Firefighter.
He enjoys competing and has won the Granite Games in 2018 and Masters Fitness Collective in 2021. He has competed in the 1st Phorm Legends Championship in 2022 and 2023; as well as the Monster Games in 2023. He has competed in the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games, the 2024 CrossFit Games, and the 2025 CrossFit Games.
Mike enjoys coaching and seeing members do things they did not think possible before CrossFit.
